Everyone has their “thing,” right?
Mine is teaching yoga history, philosophy, and tradition throughout a physical asana class. You know what? They’re great classes, but there’s so much to say about everything!
The teaching of “more than asana” definitely fits better in the workshop format. So, I’ve evolved my style of teaching classes into a traveling road-show, of sorts, teaching workshops across the US – and eventually beyond.
As we move through life, we learn many lessons. It’s amazing how the teachings of Yoga, Buddhism, and even Shamanism can apply today – if we’re willing to reflect on them in a contemporary light.

All of my studying points to one basic truth: No two paths are the same. Each and everyone of us is different. There is no chance that any of our paths can be completely identical.
But the goal, the end of the quest is always the same. Enlightenment, Valhalla, Heaven; it doesn’t matter what you call it. It’s that supreme peace, that whole happiness, that ever persistent connection to YOU. (more…)Read More
