Participants with medical conditions, significant symptoms, pregnancy, fertility treatment or important exercise limitations may need healthcare-provider clearance or an adapted programme before joining.

Is Rhythm Within™ only yoga?
No. It combines yoga, mobility, strength, aerobic activity, recovery and lifestyle education.
Can Rhythm Within™ cure PCOS?
No. PCOS is a medical condition. Rhythm Within™ provides supportive exercise and lifestyle education alongside appropriate healthcare.
Do I need to lose weight?
No. Participants can have different goals, and progress is not measured solely by body weight.
Can I exercise during my period?
Many people can remain active during menstruation. Sessions can be adjusted according to symptoms, comfort and medical needs.
Is this suitable while trying to conceive?
Suitability depends on the individual. Participants undergoing fertility treatment should follow their fertility team’s guidance and discuss participation before joining.
What if I become pregnant during the programme?
The regular pathway should be reassessed and an appropriate prenatal or medically coordinated programme considered.
Do you provide a PCOS diet?
The programme provides general lifestyle education. Individual medical nutrition therapy should be provided by an appropriately qualified nutrition professional.
