Beginner yoga
Live online yoga for complete beginners.
You do not need flexibility, experience or a perfect routine to begin yoga. You need clear guidance, a comfortable pace and a practice you can return to.
What a good first online yoga class feels like
A good beginner class does not assume that you know the language, the shapes or how much effort is right for you. It explains the purpose of the practice, demonstrates options and leaves enough time to move without rushing.
Live online guidance can be a thoughtful beginning because you can practise from your own space while still following a real teacher. You are encouraged to make a posture smaller, use a chair or blanket, pause, or rest when needed. The aim is not to copy anyone perfectly; it is to learn what supports your body today.
Choose a first step that matches your confidence
If you want to experience live guided yoga before committing to a longer programme, begin with YOGA IMMERSION™. It is a five-day introduction designed for people who are new to yoga or returning after a pause.
If you want a slower, more structured foundation, START YOGA™ offers 28 days of step-by-step live guidance. It is designed to help complete beginners build familiarity with movement, breathing, rest and a sustainable practice rhythm.
Set up simply at home
Choose enough clear floor space to lie down and stretch your arms wide. Wear clothes that allow comfortable movement. A yoga mat can help, but it is not required. A stable chair, folded blanket, cushions and water are useful to keep nearby.
Position your screen where you can see it without straining your neck. Begin gently, breathe comfortably and stop any movement that causes sharp, worsening or concerning symptoms. Yoga guidance is educational and supportive, not medical treatment.
