You may ask The Unbranded Yoga to delete personal information you have shared with us through this website, WhatsApp, Meta integrations or programme registration. This page explains how to make that request; it does not mean that deletion is automatic.

How to make a request

Email hello@unbrandedyoga.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Please state the email address and phone number (including country code, where relevant) that you used to contact or register with us. If you know the programme, registration date, WhatsApp number or Meta account details connected with your enquiry, include those too. Please do not email identity documents, payment-card details or medical records unless we specifically ask for them.

Verification

We may need reasonable information to verify that you are the person making the request, or are authorised to act for that person. This helps protect personal information from unauthorised deletion. If we cannot reasonably identify or verify the relevant record, we may ask for more information before acting on the request.

Information this may cover

Subject to verification and applicable law, we will review and delete personal information we control that is connected with your request, including website enquiry details, contact information and correspondence; WhatsApp messages and contact records held by us; information received through Meta integrations that is available to us; and programme registration or enrolment details. Deletion from our records does not delete data held independently by WhatsApp, Meta, payment providers, email providers, website hosting providers or other third parties; their own policies and tools apply.

Records we may retain

We may retain information that we are legally required to keep, including financial, tax, payment and transaction records, and information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or meet other legal obligations. Where retention is required, we will limit the retained information to what is necessary and delete or anonymise other eligible information where reasonably practicable.
